Shipping & returns

Shipping

• Orders are processed within 2 business days.
• Shipping costs $4.99 per order, and is free on orders of $50 or more. Prices are charged in US dollars; amounts in other currencies are estimates.
• Some products ship directly from our partner suppliers. Delivery usually takes 7 to 20 business days for those, depending on your country.
• Every order gets a tracking number as soon as it ships. You can see it under My orders.

Returns

• You can return most items within 30 days of delivery, unused and in the original packaging.
• To start a return, contact us with your order number. We reply with the return address and next steps.
• Once we receive the item, we refund the full product price to your original payment method within 5 business days.
• If an item arrives damaged or wrong, we cover the return shipping.

Withdrawal right (EU customers)

If you live in the EU, you can cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving it without giving a reason, as provided by EU consumer law.
