1. Orders
When you place an order, you make an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we confirm your order by email. We may refuse an order, for example if an item is out of stock or the price shown was clearly wrong; you then get a full refund.
2. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars and include any taxes stated at checkout. Shipping costs are shown before you order. Coupon codes cannot be exchanged for cash and apply only under their stated conditions.
3. Delivery
Delivery times are estimates. See Shipping & returns for details. Risk passes to you when the order is delivered.
4. Returns and withdrawal
Our return policy and, for EU customers, the statutory right of withdrawal are explained under Shipping & returns.
5. Warranty
Products come with the statutory warranty that applies in your country. If something is faulty, contact us and we will repair, replace or refund it.
6. Reviews
Reviews must be honest and about the product. We may remove reviews that are abusive, off-topic or contain personal data.
7. Liability
We are liable as required by law. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.
